Welcome to our "What to look for in Games" Class. Here you will learn how to spot favorable Matchups. Once you follow these steps a couple of times you will be able to spot favorable Matchups almost instantly.

Follow these 6 easy steps to Identify a good Matchup remember that both teams need to qualify under these easy rules:

#1-Look for one team to have a superior record than the other during the last 4 games (Exclude Playoff games from previous year). This rule is set into place in order to guage a team's consistency. Of coarse if a team lost it's starting QB and is really affected offensively, throw this rule out the window and stay away from the game if you think the game may be close. A good rule of thumb is if a team has at least a one game lead over the other during the last 4 weeks.Example: If Team one is (3-1) and Team #2 is (2-2) or worse. Another pointer is if the last two games were either consecutive wins or losses. If this is the case your decision becomes a bit clearer, the one that has won consecutively will probably win, the one that lost consecutively will probably lose.

#2-You want to try and stick at least 90% of the time to lines between 3-8 points in your own Power Ranking(I'll talk about that later in the page). The reason you want to do this is because the NFL is becoming a vast parity team. This means that the difference between a 10-6 team and a 8-8 team could be 2 good or bad bounces of the ball, that's how close. Another good reason is that 30% of the time the score of the game ends with a margin of vistory between 3,7,10. Which also means that this creates a better odds for the Underdogs. If you would like to finish reading instructive articles like the one you are reading or others please join Capper University by clicking on the Paypal button below, Thanks.
